XDS credit burue

fnb housing finance listed me as deceased on XDS credit bureu. getting very little help from them to rectify the problem and is causing headaces for me as my credit score is 0 due to the fact that I am dead. fnb says they have submitted request to rectify and xds says they have not received it and the one is blaming the other for the mistake but I am the one suffering
