XDS

Hi Please explain why these credit bureaus are there? You cannot even get hold of them. Xds is one of the worst, I'm trying to sort out paid up accounts and need them to update it on my profile but cant even get through to them. The number which is supposed to be their contact number is always saying mailbox full. Please explain why one cant ever get through to XDS when you need to sort out very important things?? Its ********* of a credit burea to do this.
