WORST CREDIT BUREAUS EVER BUT BANKS DO NOTHING
I HAVE BEEN TRYING WITH NO SUCCESS TO HAVE A JUDGEMENT REMOVE.
ALL THE OTHER CREDIT BUREAUS HAVE ACCEPTED THE LETTER AND DOCUMENTS. YET XDS DOES NOT. THIS HAS A GREAT IMPACT ON MY ABILITY TO APPLY FOR FINANCE.
THERE IS 17 NEGATIVE REPORTS ON THIS COMPANY YET THE BANK STILL ACCEPT THEIR INCORRECT INFORMATION AND EVEN IF YOU TRY TO COMPLAIN TO NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR YOU GET NO ANSWER.
I AM BEING PUNISH FOR A MATTER THAT WAS RESOLVED IN 2018.

20 Jul 2021, 12:14So a gentlemen phone me on 9 July 2021 from XDS requesting the case number I explained the entire story to him and email all the documents to him. He promised to get back to me on Monday 12 July 2021. I phone on Monday, just to be told that he is in a meeting which I respect. So on the following days a send sms to ask for an update 13/072021,15 /07/2021, 16/07/2021 and 19/07/2021.
I have phoned all the magistrate courts in Pretoria and they do not have any case on my ID number.
My point is still if all the other credit bureaus can accept the letter why not XDS?
Mario Coetzee is no longer in practice and I can not get a letter from him.
The magistrate courts cannot help and neither the sheriff of the court.
I am being punished for the lack of professionalism of Mario Coetzee and now XDS.
It seems that the only way to have this resolved is to appoint a advocate to take XDS to court.
I have phoned all the magistrate courts in Pretoria and they do not have any case on my ID number.
