Wife logged on ITC through XDS, for no apparent reason.....

<p>My wife went to open a cell phone account, and was told this cannot be done due to here having been logged with ITC for an outstanding bond payment. I have been through all avenues with the banks, and they even confirmed no amount has ever been in arrears, and to top it all off, my wife was not even employed, and the bond payments have always gone off my personal account, never off my wife, so i ask you..... How the heck does it end up with ITC on her name. They even reluctant to help me as her husband to get this matter resolved.</p>
