Useless Call centre
I have been calling XDS for 3 days in a row to try and get my credit report. Their call centre is useless. Yesterday I got hold of an agent called AJ or CJ. He immediately asked me to hold on. I held on for over 15min and ran out of airtime. I have spent over 70r airtime without getting assistance. The service is atrocious.
