Unresponsive and unhelpfull

I have been trying to get an honest answer from XDS and everytime i call in for advice none of the agents working there can give me an answer. I have a judgement on my XDS credit report and according to the NCA a judgemnt retention period is 5 years. The rentention period should end October 29 2018. My question is does the bureau automatically remove the judgement after this day or do i need to call in to followup. Please advise as XDS has been unhelpfull thus far with answers.
