As with the other credit bureaus XDS also seems to have the same issue where they keep reloading all sequestrated accounts on my profile despite having the rehabilitation order and all other supporting documents emailed to them over 3 times since Jan this year. Credit Ombuds has also contact them over 5 times to have this removed/updated.

This is really becoming very tiresome and inconvenient to say the least. Each time i log a complaint/dispute i must provide the same information over and over again. i was told to contact the creditors, which were also done over and over again.

Something needs to be done about this. Our systems that were meant to safe guard and assist us is failing us at alarm rates while pretending to care about the people.
