Unfair
I have a paid up letter. But yet I must wait for xds to investigate. Not fair !

As per our previous telephonic conversation.
It was explained that the investigation process is 20 working days to confirm with the service provider if the paid-up letter is legit and the account is paid in full as per the NCR guide lines.
