Unattended disputes logged - XDS Credit Report

I logged four disputes on 30-09-2020 via email to XDS as there are four accounts reflecting with arrears when they were paid up. I submitted the paid up letters, power of attorney form, id and proof of residence. The process is supposed to take 20 business days but I have not heard anything from their office and I have not yet received any references for the disputes logged. Their consumer call center just rings and goes to autotune. Please help me. I can't do anything because of the incorrect informstion on my credit report.
