UNABLE TO OBTAIN A FREE CREDIT REPORT
I have been trying to obtain a free credit report from this credit bureau but unable to obtain a credit report. Their website is not user friendly. I have been trying for a month now. No help given and it is disgusting as I am being turned down for job offers due to a poor credit status; yet I have updated my credit profile successfully on Transunion and Transunion have been very forthcoming and assistance great! Sadly, same cannot be said for xds!!!

no one has called to date! as per NCR I quote : kindly note that in terms of Section 72 of the NCA you have the right to access and challenge credit records and information with the relevant credit bureaux. The credit bureau will give you a reference number and has 20 working days to investigate and provide feedback.
