They dont update

<p>I am really angry with XDS, my documents were sent to them in February but i am still flagged on their system and i have found out now when i tried to apply for a home loan, i even sent them proof that i do not owe anyone and when i call to find out whether they have received my documents i am told that there isnt anything on the system. K Naidoo even sent me her direct e-mail but when i trid to call and find out if my things have been received i am told that she is on training i should leave my contact details she will get back to me up to this day no one has responded. When i send my documents i receive a confirmation that my e-mail has been received and i will receive an sms with a refernce number but still there isnt anything up to this day. i cannot get a homeloan because of someone not doing their job!</p>
