terrible service XDS will not remove my name from debt review since March 2021

Since emailing my clearance certificates etters in March 2021to *** .my husband is still listed as under debt review we tried to upgrade his cell.contract yesterday and the debt review came up we can't get my daughter a laptop please please can we urgently get this resolved Antonio Neil Campbell ID *** I am not sure as to why after almost a year of struggling we are still having the same issue please urgently advise ,please urgently remove the debt review listing as per email sent for almost a year now
