Such stressful, poor and pitiful service.
I am so appalled to be told today that my email below has not been attended to and I will need to start the process. What kind of service are you running there when you can not even attend to an email which you requested by the way as a means to dispute? What is your core function as business if you can not even process your own requirements? I want this query resolved immediately because you have breached the SLA you put in the reply email to get a response and to process the email.
Such stressful, poor and pitiful service.
I don't know how a person is supposed to improve their life when XDS credit bureau is closing all the doors that lead to resolving disputes.

What kind of deplorable service is this really? Can you not just close shop because you are beyond reproach honestly. More than 4 or 5 attempts from myself to resolve this issue and you have not even lifted a finger to help. I am utterly disgusted. Why you still exist is not incomprehensible. I have sent an email to *** on Mon, Jan 16, 1:07 PM no response and i was told this person is a team lead *** on Feb 16, 2023, 1:45 PM, i have not even received an acknowledgement of my email, let's just take it as just another fictitious person at XDS anyway, then i sent another email to *** on Feb 16, 2023, 1:37 PM and Feb 21, 2023, 8:24 AM, I am just speechless!!!!I will probable be told an agent will contact me again- Let me respond now, agents do not exist
