So frustrated!!!!

I app**** for credit today and was suprised to learn that I have been listed by XDS,which I dont even know or had contact with.Phoned immediately as the consultant at the bank told me I was under debt review.I was the referred to the website which was totally useless.I needed to know why I was being listed as I have no other debt than 2 accounts that I am up to date with and that is so small in amount that you can actually pay it with your months salary,why would I apply for debt review.I still dont have answers from them.I am blocked from all credit applications and no one can tell me why.If by tomorrow I dont have answers I will defnitely take this matter further
