Rude Call centre agent

I have beeen locked out of my profile. So i followed the instructions on resetting my password and sent all my documents to ***. When i call in this morning, my call was answered by a lady named Lalita. She was so rude and unprofessional. And quickly dismissed me before I could raise my concerns. She even gave me her manager's email with arrogance (***).

So appalled by such behavior.
