Rescinded Judgement stll against my name

my attorney sent a court order in 2013 for the judgement against my name to be rescinded. XDS's information was never updated. I got a call from a 3rd party informing me that I have a judgement against my name. I went to ITC to request my credit report and there was no judgement. Then contacted XDS, when asking the call centre agent why was my information not updated from their side she responded by asking me \was the court order sent to XDS to update the information""; I did not even get a reference number for my call;please can someone email me an updated report as I cannot wait for the 9th.
