Report not provided even after paying for it

Firstly I want to thank you for the prompt service to remove my judgment but your agents or is it Splendi don’t give clear answers. You can’t just say resolved without giving full explanation and when you send an email for clarification still they come back with resolved, kindly work on that. Secondly I went on the Splendi app and requested for my report after paying it gave me an error about the report and I did not receive what I requested , again your agents came back with resolved no explanations, no report sent so I am sitting here confused cause I paid for a service that was not rendered. Please have a look at it and assist me
