Refusal To Update A Written off Account Listing.

Dmc has written off an account and sent XDS an update on this, I too logged a prescription dispute and sent the closure letter received from dmc, XDS refuses to update the listing as per DMC due to a dispute I logged in August which they failed to investigate like all other credit bureaus. I'm now being told to wait for mid December to log a prescription dispute, which I don't have to log anymore as per my knowledge since DMC has sent them an update on this account that it has been written off. What more do you guys want? Dmc has sent you guys a closure/written off letter yet you still want to keep old information on my profile,why? What's so hard about updating the listing as per DMC, account has been written off.
