Poor Service since 2020

I have been battling since May 2020, since my green ID book has been ******, with important documents such as payslips etc. and now have accounts under my name which I don't know about.

I want all of these account that's under my name removed immediately since 2020, which I do not have knoweldge of.

Also, I do not wish to apply for any credit now

You as the credit bureau keep on rejecting me since 2020, been forwarding affidavit after affidavit and get no response.

My credit profile currently look appauling, as I cannot get proper work, as you do not want to remove all the listings since 2020.

Since then in 2023, I have app**** and received a new Smart Card ID. So any account that's currently under my name, is still not done or completed by myself.

No one in your organization seem to care about the individual which life you are making a living hell since 2020.

I want this resolved as soon as possible as this have been going on far too long.
