Poor service by XDS

In September, I app**** for credit, only for XDS to report that I am under debt review.

I cancelled debt review in 2015 and have also received the 17.4 form confirming this.

I wrote to XDS in September, they are rude, never acknowledged my email. When one calls their offices, switchboard answers and there is nothing beyond that, wrote emails because I need them to update my profile.
