Poor service

I have sent emails over 6 months ago stating the credit listing on my name is prescribed debt ,over 8 years old! Its should have been removed from my name a long time ago, tried calling, no response i have referred the matter to a lawyer

Kindly contact me at 1.30pm. I sent the email to xds disputes email address. I should not have to contact yourl to have it removed from my name because its is over 8 years old!
