POOR SERVICE
I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THEM TO UPDATE MY CREDIT STATUS SINCE THE 20 OF SEPTEMBER. THE EXPECTED TURN AROUND TIME AFTER NCR UPDATE IS 7 DAYS BUT XDS HAS BEEN QUIET WITH NO WAY OF CONTACTING THEM VIA TELEPHONE.
