please update my records
how long does XDS update our records? i lodged a dispute with XDS. i was asked more than 4 times to complete forms which i already did. then was asked to send documents. every time i follow up i am given different feedback. can my records be updated please. i have sent my paid up letter , why is this matter taking long to resolve. its been over 21 days now.
