Please remove the debt review flag

I'm having a very big problem with XDS as they are not responding to emails and they call center is pathetic how can a call center phone just ring for more than a hour and you are told to send a email then those emails no one responds, I was under debt review which I was cleared in January which my debt counselor provided me with a clearance certificate.....so I spoke to Transunion which they service is 100% they were able to clear the debt review flag in less than 12 days after providing them with the relevant documents the problem is with the other credit bureaus the only thing I wanted to know is, Is the flag removed on they side as my debt counselor did send through the clearance certificate to all 4 credit bureaus on the 09th of March....now I'm trying to apply for credit the debt review flag is reflecting what I wanted to know is which credit bureau has not removed the flag on my profile My ID no is *** cellphone ***
