otp never arrives
I have tried unsuccessfully to obtain my free credit report to check whether my debt review status has been updated. Couldnt register on website a couple of months ago because the one time pin never arrived and i was subsequently blocked. I called the call centre today but the agent could not assist me because the OTP again didnt arrive... Do they send a otp or is it just an excuse not to be 'able' to give you your report
