Not removed from credit bureaus even though I paid

I have a problem I have bought a DSTV explora from DSTV on phone call and they delivered they DSTV explora and I paying R578 every month and I made a price lock but the price kept on increasing and i kept on paying until i decided to stop paying course I made a price lock two times and it didn't work after that they decided to black list me and I paid the R1200 and the R100 so even now the XDS is not removing me on credit bureau course DSTV gave my case to XDS
