not fair

I don’t feel its fair With all things credit related in south Africa you get 4 credit buraus in S.A. namely Experian, Comp scan, TransUnion and Xds. But I don’t feel the why they handle our credit reports are fair… and u can never get hold of them by telephone and if you feel something you have to do a dispute witch takes 21 working days …. They don’t update the details on the credit score like it should be after a dispute even if it was in my favour my states or points didn’t go up…. There is addresses on my credit score stating that I lived their but I don’t even recognise and some does not even exists… I’m still registered as unmarried and no children witch is totally not true… so I had a couple of bad years dint have a good credit history now im building up again and that’s when I noticed it with me checking every day for the last year my credit report…… seeing my points don’t climb up just staying on one level even if all my account is paid up and no missed payment anymore…. So for me its unfair that our credit history is in the hands of these people if the credit history is not even being handeld correctly
