No service

I have been out of debt review but not once credit bureau has updated my flag after numerous emails (cannot even get through via telephone) T -Transunion -Compuscan -Experian

What must I do?? I cannot fly, I cannot buy a car, I cannot make use of car rental services not even can i build my credit again.
