NO OTP!!!

I tried to register on your site to get a free credit report. For some reason, the OTP was NOT sent to my phone. (I am still currently waiting for it)<br> <br> Called the call center and was told by a lady a need to submit proof of address and a copy of my ID before they can assist me? This after a man by the name of Thembani helped my colleague OVER THE PHONE to sort her OTP problems out.<br> <br> I don't see why I have to submit proof of address when the fault is on your side and why I could not be helped over the phone. <br> <br> Very dissapointed.
