No acknowledgement of receipt of dispute!
There does not seem to be any response or acknowledgement to my disputes to XDS. It will take them forever to investigate; so an acknowledgement of receipt will be good.

09 Jul 2020, 13:50so i try to register on XDS website to obtain a credit report. What a mission and irritation!!!
unreal!! i answer the question correctly online, 3 time, then i get blocked!!!
I write to their dispute email address to provide me with my credit report, i am told to call the number provide.

i called the number ***, and the lady asks me security questions, my account is blocked!!! what a frigging joke!!!!
XDS need to get better systems and processes in place please! waste of my time and monies!
Now I am told to send my ID and proof of residence so that I can obtain a credit report! please send the credit report to me urgently. I also sent my ID number, my email address and my contact number on this platform to you as you couldnt reply PRIVATELY to me!!!
