Log my dispute please

I downloaded the dispute forms signed and sent copy of my ID, proof of address, paid up letter and court order documents. I got the automatic reply message confirming that they have received my documents it's been 2 days now on one have logged my despute what's even frustrating I called the call center spoke to the agent confirmed they have received the documents but he can't log the dispute someone will assist me,am still waiting for disputed to be logged then I have to wait for 20 business days. Can someone please assist
