Late feedback

I recently logged a dispute with XDS, regarding a listing on my name, along with XDS a logged a dispute with transunion, Transunion stuck to the time frame of 20 working days. However XDS did not, i then called and spoke to Carmen who was handling my query and she said she would send me a mail with the findings in 15 minutes, at this stage XDS was already 7 days and 15 minutes overdue with the response and guess what her mail reads \ Please note that this dispute was originally resolved in your favor as no feedback was received from the credit grantor
