Judgement Rescinded in 2011 - Still Not Updated

I had a judgement on my name which was rescinded in 2011. I've sent through all the necessary documentation to XDS to update my credit profile. In 2014 I checked my credit report and the judgment was still reflecting. I sent the documents through to them again on 4 April 2014 and I received a confirmation e-mail from the Consumer Relations Manager, Mr Gilbert Naidoo, advising me that my request has been processed. Quess what, it obviously wasn't processed because yesterday, 3 September 2015, the judgment was still on my report. Pathetic!!!!!
