Judgement not removed

Terrible experience with Splendi and XDS. Out of all the credit buearues I dealt with, XDS is the worst when it comes to customer service and resolution of a customer dispute, I have judgement which was paid up in full and all documents sent through. The judgement has yet to be removed from my credit report and this is having a severe impact on finding employment. XDS really doesn't care about customers and take there own time to resolve complaints when they feel like it. Please escalate this and have this judgment removed.
