Incorrect information Default listing

This bureau must be investigated. I logged a dispute in December 2024 on Splendi, there was a default listed for an account I had absolutely no knowledge of and was not notified there of any actions. XDS/ Splendi removed it in December 2024 yet after I checked my credit report again yesterday it was placed back on my profile. Why was this done? Why are you adding incorrect information.There was no evidence for this listing to be valid. You are messing up consumers livelihood, please resolve this and remove this account from my profile immediately.
