My request has been pretty simple yet I’m still getting the run around. I simply did a debt review inquiry, my profile was then flagged - only at XDS. I called in and was advised that the company I inquired at has to send in a letter of instruction to XDS specifically the email address ***.- The company has advised that they have sent the request (I have email communication). Today I called spoke to an agent that I must now get a reference number?! Could someone please contact me regarding this?
