I wonder why you guys are even in business. I have renewed my membership for Credit4life about 2 weeks ago online. Payment processed by Sage but up to now my account it's still inactive.

Called call centre on more than 3 occasions and get a scripted response to forward proof which I did but still no resolution

One of the agent finally admitted that you have system issues. My question is why process payments when you know you can't offer a service
