having a problem with XDS on Truworths account sold to DMC in 2016. still reflecting account sold to third party even thou the account was paid in full in 2018. proof off payment was sent to them to update in January 2019, but till to date showing account was sold to DMC . id no *** . send email on the 18/02/2020 to David Maduna, Monica Jacobs and Jennifer Padiachy . till to date ti haven't got any response . Accounts listed on my CPA its 9 summary , while detailed CPA according to the report shows 6 active accounts. NLR summary accounts 4, while NLR detailed report its 3 active accounts , also my Yes loan dispute still not given feedback, see communication with Sanjay Daya regarding that.
