IMCOMPETENCE

I have paid my debt review in full in Jan 2021, clearance & paid up letters was sent to all credit bureaus only to find out this year when trying to buy a home that not all credit bureaus have updated my details. I sent an email to all the credit bureaus with the clearance & paid up letters OMF have sent me only for them to advise me the email must come from the debt councillor. I emails OMF they resent my details to all credit bureaus & forwarded me the screenshot. I forwarded the email i got from OMF to all the credit bureaus & for feedback from almost all advising my details was updated accordingly but XDS refuse to update my details they needs me to do more extra work coz they didnt do their job in the 1st place as per the emails received below in 2 different days

Kindly note ALL accounts listed on the clearance certificate has already been updated, also, there is no debt review found.

Hi Nancy,

Kindly note all accounts listed on the clearance certificate has been closed and paid up however once the clearance certificate has been certified, I will be able to zerorise the history for you.
