I need my credit report

Good day,<br> <br> Yesterday I went to your website to register so that I may be able to get a credit report but unfortunately your website after the authentication process said I have been blocked and it gave me a number to contact of which I did but unfortunately I spoke to one Miss/Mrs Gumbi who was unprofessional and kept on putting me on hold. She did the authentication process again and then after she asked for my email address and said she will send me my credit report because if she don't do it that way I will then have to send my personal details. I asked her if I will be able to get my report today(yesterday) and she said yes till today I haven't got my credit report and there is a huge financial transaction that I want to enter into but I cant before I get my credit report. Can someone competent enough send me my report or advise on a way forward because Gumbi is *********** to assist any client of XDS credit (credit4life.
