Great Service !!!!

As a business running for 4 years and recently decided to purchase a vehicle through the business. We also app**** for cellphone contract through the business, and both were declined. This was a shock for us as we pay our suppliers on time and even before the due dates. We received a decline email from MTN with reasons to contact XDS. Our immediate thought was “oh gosh, what now”! I then contacted your customer service email and then was introduced to Kuveshan Reddy and later Sharon Maram was roped in to offer further support. Never have I ever received this support, advice, customer service from a credit bureau! Both Kuveshan and Sharon has guided us through a process we never knew existed to better our credit scoring. Wow. I am blown away with the follow ups and turnaround times they have taken to get back to us. Kuveshan has constantly kept us updated with any feedback he receives. THIS IS SERVICE! Because of their service I would like to register as a client with XDS like with the rest of the credit bureaus. Hold on to them, if not I will be happy to employ them. Thank you Kuveshan for your excellent service, even though my issue still needs to be rectified, I am so appreciative for your support. Thank you for the education and information received in this regard.
