Good customer service

I don't usually so this, but really want too I contacted XDS and was assisted by Lalitha Chetty. It was such a pleasure to have Lalitha talk me through their process and guide me on what do do next to solve my dispute. Thank you Lalitha for your help. @XDS, it was my first interaction with your offices. I've had several contact with other credit bureaus and never experienced such excellent service like this.
