Frustrating Process Just To Obtain A Credit Report!!

They are partners with Splendi which uses a photo video verification which keeps failing!!!

I tried it over 115 times!!!!!!!! Never have been so frustrated all this just to acquire a credit report!!!!

All I want is my credit report!!!!!

Your call centre is absolutely useless!! No response on emails.

Can you please catch a wake up and provide me with my report pls!!!!!!
