freddy mohale you are very unprofessional my guy

i have received very pathetic service ever from Freddy Mohale,this guy is very unprofessional and is unfit to work in a call Centre, as someone that i have been in the call center for more than 10 years it was my first time experiencing that immorality, I have called them requesting my report and he sent me the dispute form instead of the credit report, I responded to the email that and advise him he didn't attach the report but he never responded and has been ignoring my emails since then, I call again and he just answered the call and speak with his colleague while I'm holding on the line until he hang up. What is that?
