Foschini Group account reflects as in arrears

Good Day,

I requested for my credit report and discovered that XDS has listed that i have an account in arrears(Foschini Group),the account has been settled,i have been trying for 2 weeks to get hold of them them and unsuccesful,Is there anyway that i can be assisted,Im pleading with XDS to please update the details as this is affecting my application for a home loan.PLEASE!!!!!!!!

Dear XDS,

I have just received a an email from Mr David Maduna (XDS) telling me that my consumer profile does not show Totalsport(Foschini Group) account and that they are closing my query.

Can I have my credit profile showing that there is nothing and in return I will send you proof that I'm not thumbsucking. This is incompetency at its best, Mr David Maduna if I were u boss I would fire u bcs clearly u dnt know what ur doing, these people are just copying and pasting standard replies.

Can I please be assisted by someone who knows their work.Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
