Sanjay has gone above and beyond in assisting me with updating incorrect details supp**** by my bank that had a negative impact on my credit report. Not only was I updated throughout the process but I was made to feel like my profile was on his desk and he was personally responsible for ensuring I was assisted- Not like the usual call centre experience where I am 1 of 1000 waiting to be assisted.
