Duspute for a Listing - No Feedback from XDS...

I have been listed with XDS for a Marevedi Account which is dated back to 2011.

The listed Company did not make any contact with me since 2011 and now 10 years later I am trying to obtain a Personal Loan of which I was declined due to this listing, this is pre-scribed debt of which the listing must not be on my Credit Profile.

Several Calls was made to XDS but there is just no answer, and there Office hours state they are open till 17h00 in the afternoon but if you phone after 16h00 they just don't take any calls. How can one rectify an incorrect listing if there is no one willing to assist or help you? They don't answer their emails either.

One can actually hold the line for more than an hour and still there is no one taking your calls.

Please can someone be of some kind of assistance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
