Dispute

XDS has adverse listing on my profile. Accounts that are paid up or prescribed are listed. Its affecting my credit rating. I have for the past two months called, emailed and lodged a dispute form to no avail. I am told that I must wait 20 days for a response. Really poor service. When you call the calls are dropped or the person answers and cuts the call off. I am getting no joy from attempting to communicate with them
