Dispute

I had lodged a dispute regarding a paid up account. The dispute resolution agent Sanjay Daya did not apply herself to the matter thoroughly. I had submitted credible evidence that that FNB temp loan account was paid up and to my dismay the dispute was not resolved in my favor. I was not even advised as to why it was not a favorable outcome. The ripple effects of this can be dire and as XDS is a reputable credit buareu they should do something about this. XD***
