DISAPPOINTING AGAIN

Every time you follow up with something or you would like answers the consultant is never available or they just escalate it the whole time.

First I struggled to get my credit report and now I am hoping that my accounts get closed and my debt review flag gets removed ASAP (as all my accounts has been settled and I am no longer under debt review).

After reading some of the reviews regarding the removal of the debt review flag on your personal credit report, I am extremely concerned as to how long this process will take. I don't understand why it needs to take 20 business days before they can remove the flag?! My clearance certificate as well as all my paid up letters has been sent to XDS.

I have little faith that my credit report will be updated ASAP as I have phoned in and was holding on for 30+ minutes but I am unable to get through to a consultant!

Some of us have waited a very long time to be done with debt review and then you still have to wait years for the credit bureau to update it as their systems never work :(

How is this fair?
